Oxford 65 Book

An editorial tribute to craft, vision and storytelling for a global development icon.

Oxford Properties is a global real estate investor, developer, and manager committed to building stronger communities and more resilient economies through purposeful development. With a legacy spanning over 65 years, Oxford has evolved from a Canada-focused firm into a global leader, shaping not just buildings, but entire city districts. Oxford approached the studio with a clear goal: to create a book that captured the scale, ambition, and impact of their development work. More than just a portfolio, the piece needed to reflect Oxford’s people, their passion, and the stories behind the spaces they’ve brought to life. The result is Oxford 65, a thoughtfully curated book that chronicles the company’s evolution through a dynamic blend of milestones, places, and personal moments. Inspired by conversations across the organization, the editorial direction celebrates Oxford’s unique journey with a balance of clarity and storytelling. Designed with the same precision and care that Oxford applies to its developments, Oxford 65 is more than a retrospective—it’s a tribute to the craft, vision, and people behind 65 years of shaping places that matter.
