What is SUPERFANTASTIC?
SUPERFANTASTIC is an independent, Toronto-based creative and experiential design studio. As part of our studio, we carefully design, develop and produce high quality products that we love and hope that you do too.
Where are your products made?
SUPERFANTASTIC works with best-in-class, local manufacturers in the Greater Toronto Area to ensure the highest quality possible.
Do you offer local pickup in the Greater Toronto Area?
Yes we sure do! When checking out, please select local pickup and then email us at info@superfantastic.design to arrange the date and time to drop by. We are located in the east end of Toronto, about 15 minutes from the downtown core.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We produce our products in very limited quantities. Though we currently do not offer wholesale pricing, we’d still love to chat. Please email us at info@superfantastic.design.
All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Canadian Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada based on the weight and size of your order. We also offer free shipping for orders over $200. At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders shipped within Canada via standard delivery usually arrive 5–12 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Local pickup is available in the Greater Toronto Area.
U.S. Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States based on the weight and size of your order. At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders shipped to the United States via standard delivery typically arrive within 10–15 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
International Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping internationally based on the weight and size of your order. Orders shipped via Canada Post typically arrive in 10–25 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders shipped via Canada Post do not include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include shipping, please email us at info@superfantastic.design. Note that international shipping does not include duties and customs required by your country. By purchasing goods from SUPERFANTASTIC, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

Lost or Stolen Orders
SUPERFANTASTIC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been delivered to customers provided addresses. Packages returned because an incorrect address provided by the customer will be shipped back out at the customers expense.
All sales are final.
SUPERFANTASTIC does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our shop.
If your item was damaged in transit, SUPERFANTASTIC will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of purchase, and will perform an exchange at that time. All inquiries should be sent to info@superfantastic.design. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
SUPERFANTASTIC is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.
